Our Garden Dens are completely bespoke, yet our process is smooth and simple.
Beginning with one of several signature designs at £17,300 plus VAT, you have full control over the
final product. You can create a one room cosy design, upgrade to a spacious two room
den, a luxury mini-cabin, or opt for our comfy and fully functional granny annexes and
self-contained living pods.
You dream it. We’ll create it. We’ve made the process of building your perfect garden space simple so that you can focus on picking beautiful furniture while we take care of the rest. While timelines can fluctuate depending on factors like design complexity, weather, and scheduling, our extensive experience in constructing Garden Dens allows us to give you a reliable estimation of project length.
Step 1
Planning
Once you make an enquiry, we’ll arrange a site visit to assess your current space. Within 2 weeks of our site visit, we’ll send you an itemised quote and 3D rendering of your garden den.
Step 2
Design
When you’re ready to go ahead, we’ll pencil in a start date for your construction. From here, we’ll work with you on your bespoke design to ensure that your new space meets all your needs. Then, 6-8 weeks before your start date, we’ll invoice you for your first payment and start ordering your materials.
Meet the Owners
David and Jayne Moore began building bespoke garden rooms in response to a world that changed in 2020. With increasing needs for work-from-home space and renewed desires to have ageing families close, they used widespread lockdown time
to learn the skills of crafting unique living pods and building a small, family-focused business. David’s decade of experience
in his own joinery company provides the garden den with the highest level of expertise and skill from the start. They’ve since grown to serve Inverness and the Highlands with their team members and a showroom at their local garden centre.
